Graduation Cupcakes

 I had an order go out today for graduation cupcakes. I made little grad cap toppers for the cupcakes, and the requested colours were orange and blue - Florida Gators colours!

They turned out really really cute!

Chocolate Fudge and Coffee Buttercream

This order went out today for a customer - a fudgy chocolate icing that is really really yummy - it's rich, but not too sweet, YUM. It has a little chocolate cut out cookie on the top, as a garnish

And coffee buttercream - it's a light and airy flavour, not overpowering. Delightful. Garnished with a little Hershey bar,.

Almond cake, filled with raspberry, topped with Almond buttercream

Garnished with a sugar lamb, at the customers request

Cake Pops (not on a stick) - Purple Velvet on the inside, coated in white or purple chocolate

Mini Cheesecakes - the crust was either a whole Oreo cookie, or a whole Nilla wafer. Topped with whipped cream, or blueberry pie filling
